中原ゼミ2008のテーマは、「Back to basic empirical research！」です。「実証研究の古典と言われる論文をしっかりと読み込んで、その内容について学ぶとともに、論文の書き方をゲットしようぜ！」という趣旨です。

「組織」は、今年は「組織文化」をテーマにしました。こちらは、荒木さんに文献選定をおまかせしています。
　どんなゼミになるのか、今から結構楽しみです。
